错误网页强化

用firefox应该都知道ErrorZilla Plus用途就是当访问的网址或网页出现问题的时候会显示一个强化版的网页！
里面有些好用的功能！无奈IE里没这东西！最近在Google的时候发现了一个类似的规则！
